The Sussex Flea Market, hosted annually by the NB Antique Auto Club at Princess Louise Park, is back with over 800 vendors and tons of treasures waiting to be discovered. Whether you’re looking for collectibles, antiques, auto parts, household items, or just looking to spend the day bargain hunting, it's a not-to-miss summer event!

Covered Bridge Yoga
Join us for a peaceful, outdoor yoga class held on one of our beautiful covered bridges. It’s part of Love Your Covered Bridges Days, a series of local events celebrating the beauty and heritage of these cherished community landmarks.
Led by the Nutrien Civic Centre, this all-levels yoga session is free. Just bring a water bottle and your mat and enjoy a relaxing end to your day.

Vinyl Tap
The Gate Outdoors Summer Music Series returns Saturday, July 25, and we’re turning up the volume with Vinyl Tap!
Known for their high-energy performances and crowd-pleasing setlists, Vinyl Tap delivers a mix of rock classics spanning generations. From timeless anthems to unforgettable singalongs, they’ll have audiences of all ages on their feet and enjoying every minute.
Pack a lawn chair, invite your friends, and head to Leonard’s Gate for another free night of live music in the heart of downtown Sussex. Craft beer from Sussex Ale Works will be available on site, making it the perfect way to spend a summer evening.
Meditative Sound Bath
Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing
An afternoon to slow down - a meditative sound bath and space to breathe with the herd.
For one hour, Anne Lebans will guide an outdoor sound bath under open sky. Singing bowls, gentle tones, and space to simply breathe. No walls. No rush. No expectation to do anything at all.
Then we make space for the herd.
Harley, Esmée, Chester, and Ginny will be nearby as you spend unstructured time in the pasture. No activities. No agenda. Just the quiet presence of horses who know how to be exactly where they are.

Coffee Connections is a monthly drop-in coffee hour hosted by the Sussex & District Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Kings Regional Service Commission. It’s free, open to everyone, and designed for easy conversation and genuine connections.
Stop by anytime between 8:30 and 10:00 am. Typically meet on the fourth Thursday of the month.
There’s no agenda and no formal networking. Just coffee, conversation, and time to connect with local business owners, community partners, and the Chamber team. Whether you’re new to the business community, a long-time business owner, or simply curious about what the Chamber does, Coffee Connections is an easy way to show up, say hello, and start a conversation.
Sussex Fundy Fest
The 4th edition of Sussex Fundy Fest brings together 9 artists over two days, showcasing talent from across the Bay of Fundy region. With an expected crowd of 1,500–2,000 people, the festival runs Friday from 5–11 PM and Saturday from 3–11 PM.

Foraged Fibre Basketry Workshop
Ralph, a multi-award-winning plant fibre artist, transforms natural vegetation into stunning, one-of-a-kind vessels. Drawing from his forestry background, he works with textures, shapes, and stories woven straight from nature. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the timeless craft of basket weaving while creating your own unique piece. Bring along any fibres that hold personal meaning to you—they’ll become part of a vessel designed to hold your most precious objects.
DIY Disco
DIY Disco is AX’s take on the perfect night out—part craft night, part dance floor, all good vibes. Bring your friends, grab a table, and settle in for an evening of nostalgic making set to high-energy EDM from a live DJ. Whether you’re deep into a project or just here for the glitter and good company, it’s a low-pressure, high-fun way to connect, create, and maybe even hit the dance floor—without sacrificing a reasonable bedtime.
Bring Your Own Craft (BYOC) or pick up one of our pre-packaged nostalgic craft kits—perfect for swapping and collecting at future craft raves. It’s all about making something, sharing ideas, and enjoying the moment.
Tickets are available on a variable donation scale, with all proceeds supporting AX’s mission to provide accessible arts programming across the greater Sussex region and beyond.
Arched Shelves Workshop
In this 3-hour workshop, participants will design and build their own wall-mounted or freestanding 10″ shelf.
Participants will learn the basics of hand-building with clay using slab construction methods. This workshop will introduce a variety of surface design and carving techniques to create contrasting textures throughout the shelf.
Students are encouraged to create their own shelf profile, as long as the finished design fits within an 8″×10″ space.
This beginner-friendly workshop combines foundational basics with creative design exploration, allowing each participant to leave with a unique, one-of-a-kind piece for their one-of-a-kind treasures.
All materials provided. Spaces are limited.

Horizon Health will be starting an CHNA (Community Health Needs Assessment) in the Kings and Fundy-St. Martins areas. Feedback and participation in this assessment will help make more informed decisions around care for the communities.

Moon Jars Workshop
This two-part workshop guides participants through the creation of their own distinctive Moon Jar—a traditional ceramic form known for its elegant spherical shape. The series combines foundational handbuilding techniques with surface design methods to produce a unique, large-scale ceramic piece.
